Cancellation policy

If canceled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the whole amount paid will be refunded.
If canceled later, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Checkin/Checkout

The rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
In the booking we cannot confirm the room and floor number, however we will try to fulfill your every wish.

Payment

You can pay for your stay:

• in the hotel by credit card or cash;
• through this website by credit or via PayPAL;
• by bank transfer to the following bank coordinates :

Reservation policy

• no cost for children from 0 to 2 years
• reduction for children from 2 to 12 years

The full board and half board treatments do not include a minimum stay unless specified by the administration. Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the full  board or half board treatment.
